Julie (Sept 2011)

We stayed at the caravan for a long weekend recently.  Our daughter Ellie is 6 has complex health needs and is a wheelchair user & although the caravan is not adapted she is still quite small we are able to lift her when necessary.  It is nice clean van in a lovely quiet setting next to the stream.  We fed the ducks each day.  All the amenities are close by, if you don't fancy walking/driving the complex has a great free dotto train with wheelchair/buggy access which the children loved.  The swimming pool was clean with a good layout for children of all ages/size you are able to see them from anywhere in the room.  There are at least 3 play parks across the whole site.  The best was a large adventure type one with enclosed basketball/football next to it at the back of the touring park.  From the van it was an easy 10/15 minute walk (flat surface) or you can take the train/ courtesy bus.  All the parks are enclosed making them very safe for small children.  We had a great weekend and it enabled us as a family to relax & spend some quality time together away from all the stresses of everyday life caring for Ellie.

The Allen Family (Sept 2011)

We have all had the best time ever; we have done so much this week. We have been swimming, to the fair, to Paultons Park and been to the club every night.  The caravan is fantastic and had everything we need and more, it has been lovely in the mornings to get up and watch our two boys feed the ducks that gather outside the van.  We think that what you are doing here is brilliant, after a tough 6 months this is exactly what our family needed and it has helped bring us all back together. Thank you so much.

Smith Family (Aug 2011)

We have had a lovely week’s holiday here, it’s just what we needed as Isabel has scans next week so it took our minds off it!  The kids loved how quiet the roads were as they were allowed to go around the park on their bikes and also were able to ride them up to the swimming pool. They loved the children’s entertainment on the evening in the White Horse Club and we would highly recommend the Pantomime – we all loved it.  Thank you so much for providing the caravan, I’m sure many more families will have as much fun as we have!

Donna (Aug 2011)

Me and my family went to Selsey in August 2011 and had a fantastic time in your caravan. Our two children had the best time ever and loved feeding the ducks every morning. After a long and stressful eight months this holiday really helped bring our family back together and that was the best thing that came out of the holiday and why we will always look back at that week with such good memories. The van was lovely and homely and had everything we needed and more, the site is also fantastic - the only thing lacking was a win at the bingo.

Justin (Aug 2011)

Having had a concentrated series of appointments and operations the holiday came as a real tonic for us all.  We found the caravan really well equipped to cater for our day-to-day and entertainment needs.  We had all the information we needed to make the most of the facilities.  The van was clean and homely and perfectly situated in a nice quiet area of the park (with added ducks!).  We felt comfortable letting Grace (6 yrs) play unsupervised and the large field next door was ideal to let William (3 yrs) burn off some energy.  There was loads to do we were particularly impressed with the pool complex (The Oasis), evening entertainment and the kids clubs.  We will always have fond memories and would like to thank everyone involved in the Luke Cory Trust for making this possible.
